Public Meeting: NATO at 70

On Thursday April 4th the Netherlands Atlantic Association organizes a program themed:

“NATO at 70”

What exactly do we celebrate with NATO’s seventieth anniversary, and is the answer to that question the same for every member? What will be the key questions for NATO to answer in the foreseeable future?

During this seminar the (possible) answers to these questions will be discussed with the audience and a panel of experts.

This panel consists of Stan Sloan (Senior Fellow, Scowcroft Center of the Atlantic Council of the US); Christian Leuprecht (Professor at the Department of Political Science and Economics, Royal Military College of Canada); Hester Somsen (Director of the Security Policy Department, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Elisabeth Braw (Associate Fellow, Royal United Services Institute), moderated by Robert van de Roer (diplomatic expert).
