Warships as tools for international diplomacy
HNMLS Evertsen as part of the British Carrier Strike Group
Last year in the 2nd half of 2021, Dutch warship HNLMS Evertsen joined the British Carrier Strike Group including HMS Queen Elisabeth during her maiden voyage in the Indo Pacific region. According to Henk Warnar this is a good example of naval International Engagement also known as naval diplomacy.
