Vilnius autopsy: Not the nineties

NATO has returned to its core activities of conventional defense and deterrence. However, Paul van Hooft (The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies) warns, the Allies need to prepare for a world with long-term structural changes in the distribution of power in the international system. The ease and enthusiasm with which old reflexes returned is hardly uplifting.
