Ukraine and the American nuclear arsenal

As Steve Cimbala and Adam B. Lowther argue, the nuclear bomb is still the single most important weapon in the US arsenal. This belief is also shared by Russia, whose Military Doctrine of 2010 underlines that nuclear weapons serve to prevent a nuclear conflict. In order to prevent conflict, Cimbala and Lowther state that the United States should increase their nuclear capabilities.
