NATO in an age of terrorism
In part three of this special section on the NATO Warsaw summit of 2016, David Brown discusses the role for NATO in combating terrorism. Brown argues that NATO should not make an effort of focusing too much on combating terrorism as it is not fit to deal with this threat. Brown believes that NATO’s strength lies in conventional deterrence.
