NATO, the Southern Flank and the Global South
Although Vilnius focused on Ukraine and defense and deterrence, NATO realizes that there are other threats and challenges beyond Russia. Luis Tomé (Autonomous University of Lisbon) analyzes NATO’s interests and relationship vis-à-vis the Global South.
