Measured success and lingering concerns

Margarita Šešelgytė (Director of the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University) provides insights in the Vilnius summit from a Lithuanian perspective. The feeling of a unique “historical moment” to make substantial changes in the regional security architecture resulted in high expectations regarding the desired outcomes of the summit.
