How to “Bison” up the Alliance?

According to Marcin Czepelak, the massive military exercise by NATO forces in Poland in the beginning of 2017 was a step in the right direction in terms of preparing NATO to deal with the new security environment. Czepelak discusses Poland’s role in ‘beefing up’ NATO, as well as more general recommendations that would see NATO improve its ability to deal with the threats the alliance is facing in the current geopolitical climate.
