Fighting with allies. Reflections on transatlantic relations after Afghanistan
In this article from 2013, Stanley R. Sloan reflects on transatlantic relations after Afghanistan. For most of them, this has entailed further cuts in military budgets, and therefore in forces available for use by NATO.
