EU Global Strategy: from design to implementation

In this article from 2016, Dick Zandee discusses the new EU Global Strategy (EUGS). The EUGS was drafted in order to replace the outdated 2003 European Security Strategy. The new policy outline document deals with the changing and more volatile security environment that we see today.
