Can NATO’s and the EU’s new strategies withstand Russian warfare?

With publication of the EU’s Strategic Compass and NATO’s Strategic Concept, both alliances announced their ambitions for the coming period. The question remains whether these strategies will guarantee sufficient security for their citizens, especially when compared to Russia’s way of warfare.
