Beyond the perennial issues. The 2018 NATO Summit

Marten van Heuven discusses the upcoming NATO Summit that will be held on July 11 and July 12 in Brussels. The meeting is an opportunity to strengthen the Alliance. This is important according to the author as he argues that success in this world of rapid change will require close cooperation. However, he argues that there are two factors that could complicate a satisfying result at the summit, namely: perennial issues and public changes.
