Between doomsday and dismissal. Cyber war, the parameters of war, and collective defense

At the NATO Wales Summit, the Alliance’s member states decided that cyber attacks will be included in the article 5 procedure. This means that a cyber attack on one, counts as a cyber attack on all. Isabelle Duyvesteyn argues that it is thus about time to discuss the offensive and defensive use of cyber power within the war paradigm.
