An element of stability

Compared to the last British Strategic Defence and Security Review (SDSR) of 2010, this year’s SDSR (2015) is rather positive. As Kees Homan from the Clingendael Institute summarizes, the UK has identified new threats and will increase its defense spending. Nevertheless, Homan also sees a threat in the form of Brexit.
