A War on Two Cold Fronts: Real and False Threats

According to Robert Duigan here are two things we have failed to learn about China: what it is, and what it wants. Both can be summarized by a single proposition: China has a single goal, which is world domination, which it readily admits to every single businessman and diplomat it deals with in private. Its human rights violations are not a matter of marginal political freedoms. Therefore Duigan believes that the West is too busy with Russia and that China is the real threat.
